The download process will copy a setup program, bnfzip.exe, to your diskdrive. When this
file is opened the necessary files to run BeNutriFit will be installed on your system.
To perform the installation process you may use the Run dialog by clicking the Start
button, clicking Run, browsing to where bnfzip.exe is located on your disk, open it,
and click ok. If you are currently using BeNutriFit then you
should download and install the Update version, (bnfupd.exe).
